My experience:

I have over 15 years experience navigating the corporate world across 6 industries. I've successfully changed careers four times, and each time I've learned the value of education, networking, resume effectiveness, and the power of LinkedIn.

 

Why I'm different:

I've worked with half a dozen career coaches over the course of my career, and the one thing they all miss is incorporating our inner voice into the job searching process. They focus on tips and tactics to help us reach our career goals (a good thing), but they don't teach us how to listen to ourselves–our inner wisdom– such that we ensure our career is filled with meaning and purpose. In my opinion, this distinction is profound, as integrating our intuition and heart into our work life is what leads us down a path that makes work not just fun, but also fulfilling. Ultimately, we will be guided towards making the world a better place through our efforts. Our world has many problems: climate crises, humanitarian crises, socioeconomic crises, etc. I believe each and every one of us can help solve these problems. We just need to listen to ourselves to find out how, and then apply the tips and tricks to make the dream a reality.
